[theme-reviewers] Automatic installation of plugins with themes

I see. The theme would work without the plugin but I was going for some functionality that I wanted to have instantly available but not suitable to be built into the theme itself. Just trying to figure out the best way to make it easy for the user so they don’t have to think about installing the plugin themselves. I guess I’ll need to go in a different direction.
