[theme-reviewers] Automatic installation of plugins with themes

I’m certain this has beed discussed but I just can’t recall or find it at the moment. If I have a theme where I want to integrate some required plugin, also hosted in the WordPress repo, is it ok to have the plugin automatically installed and activated as long as I document it with the theme?
