[theme-reviewers] Screenshots not updating

For some reason, there is a difference between what is in the static cache
on the http side of things vs on the https side of things. Compare:

http://ts.w.org/wp-content/themes/responsive/screenshot.png?ver=1.9.5.2

https://ts.w.org/wp-content/themes/responsive/screenshot.png?ver=1.9.5.2

The problem will be self-fixing after you update to the next version.
However, there is no way to clear the static cache. There is no other way
to fix the issue.
