[theme-reviewers] Suspended theme

Hello admin,
Long time ago I requested 
http://lists.wordpress.org/pipermail/theme-reviewers/2013-May/012887.html to 
remove/suspend my theme Rumput Hijau because I dont have time to develop 
it, But a few days ago I decided to rework the theme.

So, can I request to remove the suspended status? Or, if I upload the 
new version and get approved it will automatically remove the status?
