Casey: You only made your request 6 days ago. Typically, the response time
there is measured in months, not days.

There are a few reasons for this, but the main one is simply that it is a
low traffic email. Unlike the plugins email, which gets dozens a day,
typically the commercial themes email only gets about 1-3 per week, max. So
it's not something we check on a regular basis. Semi-monthly, at best.
