Hi Morgan,

Yes, you're correct. That post is a couple years old, and is meant as only
a guide. I may update/rewrite it at some point, but if you made it to the
Theme Unit Tests, then the guide is probably still sufficient. The Theme
Unit Tests should be self-explanatory, and are only *recommended*
criticality.
