[theme-reviewers] Screenshot guidelines

Pretty sure that 880x660 is the current recommended size, since it's in
theme check, but if somebody who's got the power could update
http://make.wordpress.org/themes/guidelines/guidelines-theme-check/, which
currently recommends 600x450 to match, that would be pretty cool.

If I'm wrong, and the recommended size is still 600x450, then it would be
great if somebody could update http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development,
which currently recommends 880x660.
