[theme-reviewers] Unique Slug for Theme

Just FYI: the reason for the function-prefixing requirement is to ensure
that Theme-defined functions have as little likelihood as possible of
clashing with core- or Plugin-defined functions. There's no particular need
to be completely dogmatic about the function prefixes all being exactly the
same; if that's something that we need to clarify in the Guidelines, let me
know, and I'll address it.
