[theme-reviewers] Child theme submit

  1) what are the minimal requirement for a valid child theme ? - I 
think style.css and screenshot
2) what type of Difference is enough for child theme   ? - A child theme 
is there to give the user a way of customising their site without 
touching the parent theme so your child theme does not have to have any 
styling or code modifications to distinguish it from the parent theme. 
The style.css file just needs to meet the requirements set out at 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes. Any customisation you do has to 
still follow the guidelines https://make.wordpress.org/themes/guidelines/
