[theme-reviewers] Updating Themes

Re-submit it using the uploader tool: 
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/upload/ ... this will generate a new 
Trac ticket.

NB: Re-submitted themes are given review priority over new themes that 
have not been reviewed yet.
