Okay good, that makes sense.

Thank you for making those points clear, especially about this point that I
wanted to emphasize most to the rest of the team:

"...don't say anything that could be construed legally in any way."

Because that indeed, is not our place and could actually interfere with
WordPress' legal process, which they do indeed stay on top of.
