[theme-reviewers] Theme Author has copied our theme

Howdy,

we just noticed that a theme author has copied our theme almost 1:1 and uploaded it to WordPress.org:

That theme is a 1:1 copy of our theme which you can find here: 

https://wordpress.org/themes/mh-magazine-lite

Please have a look at the authors theme screenshot and then compare this to our theme demo:

It seems some people really lack any kind of honor, honesty and in this case even creativity…

What can we do to resolve this situation? Is the author allowed to upload this copy?
