[theme-reviewers] Unable to Complete a Review

Is there anybody who has capacity to take over a review for me? The theme
developer has finally responded with updates to my initial review, but
unfortunately after waiting a couple of weeks, I don't have capacity to
complete the review this week due to my work load in the studio and I don't
want to leave the developer waiting.

The ticket in question is https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19312

Also, this ticket; https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19325 hasn't
been responded to for 11 days. It was rejected at first review because it
was a blatant copy of another theme. Do I close this ticket, or will an
admin pick it up?
