    As a really exceptional request , could you please take care of this
          ticket as quickly as possible since a growing number of
        users have reported a major bug in the previous version of the
        theme ? (cf : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/updating-to-3118-broken-website?replies=17).

        
      I am not
        used to do such requests, and I do understand it is usually
        not appropriate but users may really be in trouble, since the
        issue requires technical php skill to debug it.
