[theme-reviewers] Theme Reviewing Process

Hi Team.

I've a concern regarding the theme reviewing process.

I submitted a theme 6 weeks ago. Its reviews started 3 weeks after
submission and got approved in 4th week. I've been waiting to see it's going
LIVE but when it reached the TOP position of this queue :

(which was pointed out by Chip that they follow this queue to make theme
LIVE), the theme was REOPENED by some other reviewer who is not an admin. He
now suggested me the changes which no one suggested in last 4 approved
themes.  

Problem is not making the changes. Problem is waiting period. :(

We'll make the changes , then again we'll have to wait for a few weeks when
the theme goes live. 

I'm very PATIENT but I hope you guys understand my frustration as well. 

Ideally, the theme should have been pushed to LIVE status and we would have
made all the suggested changes in the FIRST update. This would have saved
loads of waiting period.

I know nothing is my hand but I would really appreciate if CHIP or Emil do
something about this :(
