I think that is a great idea Chip. Having a non-admin 'mid' role I think
would help a lot. I feel it also has the nice effect of something for
people to aim towards. I'd hope it would encourage more. It also brings
more hands on deck for allocating themes and making live. Which maybe would
help admins?
John, I'm less keen on that idea of a month long residency. We already have
team reps and admins, for me that fits the bill there. The mid role that
Chip is suggesting makes more sense to me.
