[theme-reviewers] Contribution days

I like the sound of an 'Admin for the day', I bet it would really help at contributor days when time is already precious.

Just putting it out there, but what about admin for a month? Experienced reviewers who can be trusted and are willing to sacrifice more time short term to focus on supporting Contributor Days, lightening the work load of full time administrators, pushing approved themes through quicker and working on review guidelines & support materials for the rest of the theme reviewers.

Maybe the Theme Review Team's equivalent of Core's Release Lead?
