[theme-reviewers] A couple of doubts about the "Make" theme and what's allowed

If is not too much trouble in the future can you please Cc the admin from
the ticket directly and let's not review the themes from the list!

General opinions matter, but in this case they are irrelevant :)

We have been saying and doing this for a while, let's keep it that way.
