[theme-reviewers] my theme is approved but not showing in the repository

We work from this queue:
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/report/24

I batch-process the Theme Updates, then go through the remainder of the
queue, in order, according to changetime. If I see Child Themes, or Themes
that I've already audited, I try to push those first, then I go through the
ones I've not looked at yet.
