[theme-reviewers] Theme reviewing

Oh, one other thing, use real working email addresses, even on "company"
accounts. I just had to suspend three themes because an email to the listed
author bounced back.

We need legit emails to inform about issues and such. We don't spam people,
and we don't reveal email addresses, so it's safe to give us a real email.
