[theme-reviewers] Theme Review Communication

All,

Please do not email Theme Reviewers or admins via their personal email
addresses regarding ticket-specific issues.

For one, ticket-specific issues need to be discussed in-ticket, so that the
discussion is documented and all parties are aware of the outcome. For
another, it can be an imposition on volunteers to email their personal
accounts to discuss Theme Review issues.

Please use the communication channels in place - in-ticket comments, the
mail list, and Make/Themes.
