[theme-reviewers] No response from the Owner for 8 weeks

Dear theme reviewers team

We have submitted the Theme Expert for reviewing (Ticket #15507
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15507 ) 8 weeks ago. The theme is
owned by basantakumar. There is no response from him. We have tried to post
comments asking whether the theme is still being reviewed, but still no
answer.

Please advise what should we do in this case.
