[theme-reviewers] Duplicate/Copied Themes

In this case, the theme is a almost barely modified copy. Compare the
two for yourselves:

The code is basically the same, with only the names and a few colors changed.

He did add an "excerpt_on_homepage" option, and there's a few more
social media icons in the img folder, but other than that, it's a
straight copy.
