I don't see a problem with it either. All you're doing is bullet pointing information for users/customers to quickly understand.

I get asked this by customers all the time so I've similarly created a FAQ for it along the lines of "You're free to use on as many of your personal and commercial projects as you need..."


Possibly, the reviewer inferred that by this you meant that users of the free version DO NOT have the same usage rights.
