[theme-reviewers] Give me a theme to review

If you've posted a comment in the request queue, Mel will assign a ticket
shortly.

I've closed your current ticket as "not-approved" as per your request;
however, we are unable to delete Themes once submitted. You'll have to ask
Otto directly if he will change the owner of the existing Theme to a
different Trac username.
