[theme-reviewers] Add meta data with theme author url

Are theme authors allowed to add meta data to the header?

e.g.
    <meta name="author" lang="en" content="All: www.nuviotemplates.com" />
    <meta name="copyright" lang="en" content="NuvioTemplates -
www.nuviotemplates.com" />
