[theme-reviewers] Theme Review Incentive: November 2013 Overrun

Don't mean to nag but hasn't the Nov-Dec featured theme allotted time overrun its course?
I believe the schedule was 6 weeks for Oct-Nov and Nov-Dec and then back to somewhat normal schedule of 30 days after the holidays?
