Just a note to all:

Theme and Author URIs should not be URLs on the wordpress.org domain.

This isn't a requirement, and those are fine for temporary usage when
an author has no URI of their own to use for the moment. But I would
suggest to the author that they use a URI that is under their control.
The URI fields do kind of matter in the long run, and they should be
on their own domains or otherwise under their own control.

The URIs are the most unique identifier we have for themes or plugins.
They mark where a piece of code's "home" is. So if we eventually do
use them as a unique identifier, they should be in places controlled
by the author. This will help everybody long term.
