[theme-reviewers] Bug in Trac's Bulk Update Feature?

I have just noticed something. I will explain this issue with Regard to the Following Theme:
http://wordpress.org/themes/ridizain
This theme was never set to Live by the Admins, you can see that in the ticket below:
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15730

But, it was set to live in as its update was processed in the bulk update. This happened to a Lot of themes as well on the 31st Decemeber's Bulk Update. I am sure, this is not something the Admins want.
