[theme-reviewers] Screenshot size in guidelines

In the review guidelines it still says maximum size for screenshot is
600x450. Shouldn't that be updated to match what theme check says?
" Screenshot size should be 880x660, to account for HiDPI displays. Any 4:3
image size is acceptable, but 880x660 is preferred."
