[theme-reviewers] cannot update approved themes

Hi,

Recently two child themes I made for the Stargazer parent theme were 
approved.

https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15800

Ever since the themes were approved I have been unable to upload version 
1.0 to the Repository.

I keep receiving errors similar as I described in this comment: 
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15800#comment:4

I thought updating themes would be a similar process as updating 
plugins, but perhaps I am wrong?

Using Mac with Cornerstone for SVN.

Would appreciate any feedback on this.
