[theme-reviewers] Using shorcodes

Shortcodes intended to be used in post content cannot be included with
Themes.
Some Themes have "shortcodes" that they use to allow the user to configure
site footer text (for example), and such shortcodes are fine. But a Theme
that includes post-content shortcodes cannot be approved.
