[theme-reviewers] Using shorcodes

Hi,

 

Sorry if this topic was covered before, I found some answers in the archive,
but still not sure.

Are themes allowed to incorporate shorcodes? I mean is this a reason to
reject a theme (only because incorporate some shorcodes)?
