No, it is not.

"You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
and the JavaScript files generated by the SOFTWARE in any way without
the written permission of Magic Hills Pty Ltd."

This comprises a "further restriction" on the use of the software that
is not GPL compatible.
