Let me clarify that:
Humanstxt.org can copyright *their* humans.txt file (insofar as it is
copyrightable). They can copyright their humans.txt *standard*. But
humanstxt.org *cannot* copyright *your* humans.txt, because *you* wrote it,
and *you* hold the copyright for a file that *you* wrote.
It's also not a derivative work, because you've not used anything
copyrightable from their work. You're only using a certain *format*.
So: unless you're using *their* specific humans.txt, you should not have
any license concerns regarding use of a file named "humans.txt".
