[theme-reviewers] Building Themes for Others

Is it okay If I build WordPress themes for other people, who would then submit it to the Repository? As long as the Themes Follow all the guidelines, I don't think that should be a problem. But, I am just confirming once.
Also, Since I am a reviewer, I never review themes I have built for other people. Not even the updates.
