[theme-reviewers] Abandoned Ticket

I have Posted Complete reviews for all the Tickets in my Queue. I think I am good there. Secondly, I update Every ticket regularly, in less than 12 hours if there is a query from author's side.

We need to have review limit on this.

Hi, it seems like the reviewer for my ticket doesn't have time. Could I request this one be reassigned? This was approved 7 weeks ago, and is still in limbo.
