[theme-reviewers] Core Update and Theme Preview input

Hey folks, if you haven't already please make sure to read the latest post
in the core blog. In particular TinyMCE, backbone, underscores (

I"m currently working on a draft for some of the things we can discuss
about improving the theme preview experience (
https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/30 ). I would love to see all
reviewers and developers insight and input on this one. :)
