[theme-reviewers] Pro Theme Options disabled

Are theme are allowed to include theme options are disabled as they are
only in the pro version?
e.g. http://grappler.tk/screenshots/Screenshot-20140211001.jpg
I would say no but just wanted to check.

Is there something in the guidelines?
