[theme-reviewers] Admin Bar Upsell - second opinion

I don't have any particular issue with those links, provided: the "upsell"
theme is a "Pro" version of the one you are reviewing; and, the "Pro"
version meets all of the necessary GPL-compatible requirements, etc.
