[theme-reviewers] Close/reassign a ticket

Hello guys,

How can I get a ticket close/reassign ? For example I haven't got an answer
here for 2 moths : https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15251 .

I have read in some past discussions that I can cc an admin, but I wasn't
able to do that.
