[theme-reviewers] Ticket #20190 issue

Hi,

This ticket (https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/20190) is an 
update of an already  approved theme.

The current reviewer owning the ticket doesn't seem to take care of it 
and doesn't answer either. (I hope everything is OK for him btw)
Could someone please re-assign this ticket?
