Do you mean 7am gmt? Because, 7am gmt is a bit tricky for people on
Europe/UK time I would suggest. Perhaps at least make it 9am gmt? I'm a
little confused when you say gmt -5 and 7am. It's worth noting we should
use UTC as even the UK isn't on gmt currently due to summertime.
