[theme-reviewers] Screenshot confirmation

That's what ThemeURI is for. You can have as many screenshots as you want.

The underlying issue is that, without specific guidelines that the
screenshot must be an actual screenshot, and reasonable facsimile of the
Theme as-installed, the Theme directory would start to look like the
ThemeForest listing - where Theme thumbnails are more marketing fluff
instead of being screenshots, leaving users without any real indication of
what the Theme actually looks like.

We have enforced this Guideline consistently for over four years, and I see
no reason to change it at this point.
