[theme-reviewers] Title Function

Hi Justin.

I've been told by reviewers during my own theme reviews that nothing is
allowed inside wp_title() function as it has to be used as it is.
(review-cyberchimps.png) is attached.

 is the change log after I submitted the code as per their reviews.

Asking this because of the attached incidence (clarification.png).

P.S. This may be because the reviewers were not clear on this or I didn't
understand what they wanted.
