[theme-reviewers] Error on Uploading New Version of Theme

Hi Theme Reviewer Team,

I tried to submit and update to my theme (Opus) and I encountered this
error message: There was an error uploading your theme, please report this
error to the theme-reviewers mailing list

Does this error happened due to the use of Iframe on my theme, or is there
any other thing that I need to be aware of / should do?

For your reference, I think the iframe message appears because I'm
detecting an iframe tag, not using iframe tag. It's a support for
crowdfavorite's post format UI which stores video embed code so it can
automatically display the video.
