[theme-reviewers] Adsense

The very first line of that guideline reads: "Themes must not incorporate
the following, Plugin-territory functionality. *This list is not
all-inclusive.* (emphasis mine)"

We do not need to write specific (new?) guidelines for every single
possible condition. This discussion has plainly stated the use of AdSense
scripts as part of the theme code itself is not accepted in the WordPress
Theme repository. Although obviously not the same, I would simply look at
Adsense as an extension of Analytics scripts and similar ideas.
