Props to http://profiles.wordpress.org/downstairsdev for fixing up the
theme-check screenshots.php to allow for jpg's.

A new version of theme check will be released sometime in the next week or
two to address the deprecated functions in 3.8 and 3.9. But in the
meantime, I went ahead and pushed this screenshot fix live on .org, so that
themes with jpg screenshots won't get rejected.
