Not sure if this will work, but you can try:

Choose a priority and look for the RSS feed at the bottom. i.e.
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/query?priority=new+theme&status=new&keywords=!~buddypress&format=rss&col=id&col=summary&col=status&col=time&col=changetime&col=reporter&report=4&order=time
