[theme-reviewers] Redirecting Support

Ping moderator with the tag modlook and try working something out.
I've got 2 themes up in WordPress.org and I want to send any support
requests to my site to help consolidate the number of sites I need to check
per day. I know I've seen it done but I'm wondering how I set it up in a
way that will work within the guidelines.
